An appeal has been submitted to the court regarding the lawfulness of the detention of former secretary of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Security Council, Vitaly Balasanyan,. His attorney Rafayel Martirosyan wrote about this on Facebook Friday.
The respective court hearing is scheduled for 1pm, he added.
"I am ready to answer questions after the court session," Martirosyan wrote also.
