Numerous people are protesting in front of the UN office in Armenia.

"Hello Artsakh. We have come together in [Armenia’s capital] Yerevan today to support you and stand with you. We gathered today to raise the voice of our compatriots who are fighting every day in Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)], which has been under a blockade [by Azerbaijan] for more than seven months, and to present the crisis Artsakh is living in. Today, we have gathered in front of the UN office, demanding that all UN member states implement the conventions and resolutions of fundamental human rights. Artsakh has been established for three decades with the establishment of state institutions typical of the models of democratic countries: flag, coat of arms, [national] anthem, state symbols, which called generations to struggle," said a demonstrator.

They called for a minute of silence to honor the memory of all the heroes of the Artsakh struggle for survival.

"We have gathered today in Mother Armenia to support 120 thousand of our compatriots [in Artsakh] who are under a blockade. We are here for the unblocking of Artsakh, for the recognition of Artsakh's right to self-determination. We are Artsakh. And as it was announced at the Renaissance Square of Stepanakert, the capital of Artsakh, the people of Artsakh have earned and exercised the right to self-determination a long time ago. Open the lifeline, return the rights of Artsakh children!" they announced, and a group of children from Artsakh sang the Artsakh national anthem outside the UN office in Armenia.
