The people of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) have closed off the Askeran-Akna (Aghdam) motorway—and with concrete barriers. Arshak Abrahamyan, an activist and founder of "Vernatun" Youth Analytical Center, announced this on Facebook.
"Protest action on the Askeran-Akna (Aghdam) road and installation of concrete barriers," Abrahamyan wrote.
