On July 12, the Armenian foreign ministry informed that a meeting between Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan and Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev took place on the Armenia-Azerbaijani border. The meeting was held in the area between Armenia's Tavush Province and Azerbaijan's Kazakh District.
