The nationwide movement in Artsakh was an outburst about which any Artsakh resident could announce, as we are all in the same situation, under the same conditions. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Minister of State Gurgen Nersisyan stated this on the air of "Factor of Power" program of Armenian News-NEWS.am, adding that he made the aforesaid statement because he knows best, due to being in office, as to the situation we have today and what we may have later if this continues.

When asked about the results of the nationwide movement, the minister of state of Artsakh responded: "During these few days, we managed to make our voice heard by all the entities it was directed to. Now we already have many calls from the [Armenian] diaspora, various events are being planned, foreign media are covering the topic, Russian [TV] channels are constantly talking about it. Of course, the results are not satisfactory, but there is no other option; everyone should ‘wake up’ and join this movement."
