This is all being documented in order to serve as a basis for certain sanctions in the future, Armenian Health Minister Anahit Avanesyan told reporters, referring to the cessation of the delivery of medicine to Artsakh due to the blockade of the Lachin [Berdzor] Corridor by Azerbaijan.

The minister said that the answers from the international organizations are not satisfactory, because the road [connecting Artsakh with Armenia] is not open.

“All [medical] interventions that can be postponed at the moment have been postponed,” Avanesyan said, adding that at the moment the transportation of medicine to Artsakh is disrupted.
