At the invitation of the Armenian government, the representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Armenia visited the Kornidzor settlement of Syunik Province, where the trucks loaded with humanitarian aid for [Artsakh] Nagorno-Karabakh are standing. Azerbaijan prohibits the entry of trucks to Nagorno-Karabakh, declaring that Armenia is resorting to provocation. The diplomats toured the area and familiarized themselves with the situation. Syunik Province Governor Robert Ghukasyan presented them with details about the situation.

According to Armenpress, as part of the diplomatic delegation, members of the representative offices of the following countries and international organizations accredited in Armenia visited Kornidzor: United States, Belarus, Bulgaria, Spain, Italy, Iran, Iraq, Poland, Lithuania, India, UK, Switzerland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, France, United Nations, ICRC.

Since the evening of July 26, 19 trucks with 400 tons of humanitarian aid have been standing in Kornidzor and waiting for a response from Russian peacekeepers and the Azerbaijani side in order to enter the Azerbaijani-]blocked Artsakh.
