Today, on July 29, a rally was held near Artsakh office of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) demanding the return of the 68-year-old citizen of Artsakh who was kidnapped by Azerbaijan.

Artsakh State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan also gave a speech during the rally.

"Record the fact that no one, including an organization like yours, is capable of guaranteeing the security of the people of Artsakh. I understand that our citizen was taken from you, as you are helpless. You were not able to provide [the security], but you have to take care of the rest," he said.

Relatives of Vagif Khachatryan are also in front of the ICRC office. The brother of the kidnapped citizen of Artsakh announced that Vagif should be returned, otherwise, the same fate awaits all Artsakh citizens.
