The citizen of the Artsakh Republic ended up in the territory controlled by Azerbaijan as a result of getting lost, Artsakh National Security Service reports.

Rashid Beglaryan, a citizen of the Republic of Artsakh, born in 1962, has been residing in Old Shen community of Shushi Province for the last few days. Today, on August 1, he left the village under the influence of alcohol, got lost and ended up in the territory controlled by Azerbaijan and was arrested by the country's Border Service.

The Artsakh authorities informed the Russian peacekeeping forces about the incident.
