Armenia has filed an application with the European Court of Human Rights to protect the rights of Rashid Beglaryan with a request to apply an interim measure against Azerbaijan, Office of the Representative of Armenia on international legal matters stated on Facebook.
"The latter got lost and ended up on the territory under Azerbaijani control," says the statement.
