The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) has decided to give Azerbaijan until August 10 to provide information on Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) resident Rashid Beglaryan. This is stated on the Facebook page of the representative of Armenia for international legal affairs.
"Azerbaijan is obligated to inform the court about the location of that person, conditions of detention, health condition, received medical care and possible return," the note also states.
