The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan spread the second disinformation during the day, Press Service of the Artsakh Defense Ministry told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The statement from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense claiming that around 3:00 pm on August 12 the Defense Forces fired towards Azerbaijani positions in the occupied territories of the Martuni region is yet another disinformation.
