Azerbaijan’s blocking of [Berdzor] Lachin Road, now in its 8th month, is causing a humanitarian emergency, suffering and hardship in [Artsakh] Nagorno-Karabakh, Kenneth Roth, former Executive Director of Human Rights Watch, wrote on X (former Twitter).
“It should urgently implement ICJ rulings and stop blocking road access for essential goods and freedom of movement,” he said.
