The UN Security Council on Wednesday will convene an emergency meeting to discuss the deteriorating humanitarian situation caused by Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) blockade imposed on the civilian population of Artsakh by Azerbaijani authorities. This was announced on Facebook by the Ministry of Foreign (MFA) Affairs of Artsakh.
“This meeting is a test for efficiency of international actors,” the ministry added.
