The statement disseminated by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) of Azerbaijan, claiming that at around 2:10am Wednesday, units of the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions located in the eastern part of the border zone, does not correspond to reality. The MoD of Armenia informed about this in a statement.
