Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan held closed discussions with various state, political, and public circles on Tuesday and Wednesday, Artsakh presidential press secretary Lusine Avanesyan told Artsakhpress. 

She noted that the current humanitarian and security problems in Artsakh as a result of the latter’s complete siege by Azerbaijan, the respective courses of action by the Artsakh authorities, and mediation proposals received from various centers to resolve the situation were conferred about at these discussions.

“No decision was made, and the discussions continue. President Harutyunyan will soon personally publicize the information on the situation and the approaches of the [Artsakh] authorities,” Avanesyan added.
