Azerbaijan is provoking a political scandal.

The Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has refused to receive Hadja Lahbib, Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Affairs, Foreign Trade and the Federal Cultural Institutions of Belgium, because of her pro-Armenian position.

"During her visit to Armenia, the minister of foreign affairs of Belgium, Hadja Lahbib, made statements far from reality, which do not correspond to the situation in the region. She will arrive in Azerbaijan today as part of her visit to the region," Azerbaijani media wrote.
