ANKARA. - Armenian-Turkish protocols on establishment of bilateral relations are still there, said Turkish European Affairs Minister Egemen Bagis, reports Azerbaijani APA.
“If Turkey sees any progress in peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ankara will take the necessary steps to normalize relations with Armenia. We have the same response on all calls to Turkey on the issue,” said Bagis.
