The statement disseminated by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) of Azerbaijan claiming that at around 12:30pm Sunday, the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Army units carried out fortification work in the direction of Karvachar (Kelbajar), and which was allegedly prevented as a result of the actions by the Azerbaijani armed forces, is another disinformation. This was reported by the Artsakh MoD press service.
