Tigran Petrosyan, Chairman of the Anti-Crisis Council adjunct to the President of Artsakh, confirmed this on Facebook livestream.
"This is already the end. The Russian peacekeepers, who were passing through the [university] student, children, and their citizens, today, if I'm not mistaken, was the last day, and such an incident is happening. One of the 21-year-old male [university] students has already been taken away [by the Azerbaijani], the other is being interrogated. It turns out that [Aleksandr] Lentsov [i.e. commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Artsakh] had a reason to go. At this point, it can be said that everything was prepared.
"(…). I believe it's already time to get together with the men. Three hours is enough. At 5 o'clock, we must gather at the [Artsakh capital Stepanakert’s Renaissance] square, we can no longer be silent. Let's get together and see what we do," said Petrosyan, adding that it is a difficult situation and any decision has serious consequences.
