Artsakh Republic President Araik Harutyunyan called a meeting of the Security Council on August 28, the press service of the Artsakh President reports.

President Harutyunyan informed the participants of the meeting about the fate of the citizens of Artsakh abducted today by Azerbaijan and the steps undertaken for their return to their homeland.

They discussed the situation in Artsakh, possible developments, and actions of the authorities to confront the daily deepening humanitarian catastrophe and to solve the security issues.
