Azerbaijani media report about the arrival of the "humanitarian aid convoy" in Akna (Aghdam).

It was reported earlier that this convoy was sent by the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society, and its humanitarian aid includes 40 tons of flour.

But the office of the President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) had informed that the question of aid was not discussed with Azerbaijan. On an unofficial level, Artsakh announced that it is not going to accept it.

Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan had announced Monday that the issue of bread deliveries in Artsakh will be resolved.
