Today, just like 32 years ago, we are once again at the point where the strong will of all Armenians and unity around one goal are the only way to preserve the independence of Artsakh, the second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan stated in his congratulatory message on the occasion of the Proclamation of Artsakh Republic.
