Our tomorrow is decided today - I repeat 32 years later. This was stated by the former Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs, leader of the Heritage Party Raffi Hovannisian.

The statement particularly says:

“The referendum on the lawful and legitimate separation of unified Artsakh from the path of independence of Soviet Azerbaijan and the restoration of the sovereignty of the Republic of Armenia are the cornerstones of our modern statehood.

To overcome this epochal national and state milestone, it is they who deserve attention and are subject to mandatory respect, love and admiration.

Artsakh shows the way with its precedent example. The Diaspora will continue to fight for a long time, following in the footsteps of good and worthy examples.

It is Armenia's turn, and now.

Of us all together, so that September 2 never becomes the twenty-fourth of April, and September 21 - the second of December.
