Major Arman Rubiki Babajanyan and serviceman Artur Hayki Poghosyan were killed in an explosion that occurred on September 2 around 17:30 while carrying out engineering works (blasting works for the purpose of road construction). RA Ministry of Defense reports.
An investigation is underway to fully understand the circumstances of the accident.
