In Artsakh, one person was injured as a result of shelling by the armed forces of Azerbaijan, Artsakh Defense Forces report.
“On September 3, around 14:20, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces violated the ceasefire in the direction of Chankatagh village, Martakert by using small arms and an AGS-17 grenade launcher. The Azerbaijani military targeted the water truck.
There is one wounded soldier on the Artsakh side.”
