Starting from Tuesday, the sale of bread in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) capital Stepanakert will be carried out with coupons, and the issuing of these coupons will start Monday. This was reported by the Artsakh Ministry of Social Development and Migration .
Half a loaf of bread—approximately 200 grams—will be sold per person.
