Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said that Russia values constructive relations with Armenia, but cannot agree with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's theories about the failure of Russian peacekeepers' mission in Nagorno-Karabakh, RIA Novosti reported.

"We deeply respect Prime Minister Pashinyan, we appreciate the working and completely constructive relations between him and [Russian] President [Vladimir] Putin, and we hope that these relations will continue to be a guarantee of close cooperation between the two countries. But we cannot agree with those theories of Mr. Prime Minister," Peskov told reporters.
