The statement disseminated by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that purportedly at around 2pm Friday, the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Army units tried to carry out fortification work in the Askeran region of Artsakh, and which supposedly were disrupted as a result of the actions taken by the Azerbaijani side, is another disinformation.
