Samvel Shahramanyan was elected the President of Artsakh Republic.
On September 9, at 11:00, the extraordinary session of Artsakh's National Assembly started to discuss the election of the Republic of Artsakh's President.
23 parliament members took part in the secret voting, with 22 for and 1 against.
As a result of voting, the National Assembly of Armenia decided to elect Samvel Shahramanyan as President of Artsakh.
