The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry's report that the Defense Army units on September 9, around 17:25, allegedly tried to conduct engineering works in the Martuni area, which were allegedly prevented as a result of the actions of Azerbaijani units, is an absolute lie.  NKR Defense Ministry reports. 

"The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, spreading reports that have nothing to do with reality, is preparing the ground for another provocation," the Artsakh Defense Ministry says in a statement.
