The statement disseminated by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that allegedly at around 1am Monday, the units of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Army carried out fortification work in the Askeran region of Artsakh, and which were supposedly stopped as a result of the actions by the Azerbaijani armed forces, is another disinformation.

It is obvious that the Azerbaijani side does not give up the plan to carry out another major provocation and is carrying out informational preparation for it, the Artsakh Defense Army informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
