The agreement between the governments of Armenia and the Czech Republic on technico-military cooperation was signed on April 9, 2019, but it has not been ratified to this day. Deputy Minister of Defense Arman Sargsyan stated about this at Monday’s session of the National Assembly of Armenia, during the debates on of the respective matter.

According to him, the aforementioned agreement defines the main directions of technico-military collaboration between the two countries.

"Particularly, relations related to the production, import, export, licensing, quality control of military products, together with training of necessary specialists and technical personnel, providing assistance to technico-military companies, and storage of information are being regulated [with this agreement]," Sargsyan said.
