YEREVAN. – A 9-year-old boy, who was driving the car parked in front of the gate of their house in Pokr Vedi village of Armenia’s Ararat Region, ran over his grandfather, Gurgen Simonyan, 58, on Friday at around 7 p.m.

Being crushed between the automobile and the metal gate, the grandfather received bodily injuries and was taken to hospital, where he died.     

An investigation is launched, Police Force Press Service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
