The statement disseminated by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, according to which allegedly at around 11:45am Tuesday, the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Defense Army units violated the ceasefire in the Askeran region of Artsakh, by using mortars and small arms, as a result of which two Azerbaijani servicemen were wounded, is completely false and does not correspond to reality.
