Within the past 15 minutes, there have been tens of explosions heard in Stepanakert, former state minister of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan wrote on X.
"Seems they were shelling and UAV strikes by the genocidal forces of dictator Aliyev. Military activities are ongoing, and the Artsakh defenders are doing their best to prevent a bloody genocide", he wrote.
