The Representative of Armenia on International Legal Matters has just submitted a request to the European Court of Human Rights on applying interim measures against Azerbaijan under Rule 39 of the Rules of Court aiming to prevent massive human right violations resulting from the large scale aggression by Azerbaijan towards the civilian population of Nagorno Karabakh. In particular, the Government has requested the Court to oblige Azerbaijan to stop targeting all civilian settlements, objects and population.
