Explosions of artillery shells were heard at around 11:40am Thursday in the vicinity of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) capital Stepanakert. According to available preliminary data, at least three explosions were heard. Davit Torosyan, president of the "For the Armenian Soldier" NGO, wrote about this on Facebook.
