The Ministry of Health has reported that 23 individuals from Artsakh, who sustained serious and extremely serious injuries, have been transferred to Armenia.
Previously, the ministry had announced that 23 ambulances, accompanied by specialists, were transporting 23 citizens of Artsakh with serious and extremely serious injuries from Nagorno Karabakh to Armenia.
