Azerbaijan continues to threaten Armenia by claiming that the longer the signing of the "peace" treaty is delayed, the more "losses" Armenia will suffer.
This time, Ramil Usubov, Secretary of the Security Council of Azerbaijan, made such threats.
Usubov believes that Armenia is on the verge of destruction.
What is more, this representative of one of the most corrupt countries in the world claims that the "corruption of the state apparatus" in Armenia indicates this "destruction."
