Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev has arrived in Baku, TASS reports.
"He will hold scheduled Russian-Azerbaijani consultations on security issues in the capital of the Republic of Azerbaijan," the press service of the Security Council of the Russian Federation reports.
