French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna arrived in Israel on a working visit, Israel Today reports.

Colonna, together with the head of the Israeli Foreign Ministry, Eli Cohen, got acquainted with the situation on the ground, the Press Service of the Israeli Foreign Ministry reports.

According to Haaretz, the French Foreign Minister met with the wounded.

In addition, Colonna met with family members of the Israeli hostages and promised to assist in their return.
