The head of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, says the war in the South Caucasus is over and emphasized the critical need for peace, collaboration, and advancement in the region.

According to a report from Fars, Amir-Abdollahian highlighted the potential significance of the "3+3" format foreign ministers' meeting in Tehran as a pivotal step toward establishing lasting peace in the South Caucasus. He expressed hope for the constructive and influential participation of Georgia, a friendly neighboring country, in these significant discussions.

The Iranian Foreign Minister also underscored the pivotal role of regional stakeholders and neighboring nations in resolving the South Caucasus conflict.
