Following a ministerial meeting in the "3+3" format on the South Caucasus, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov informed reporters that Moscow is prepared to actively assist in initiating the process of delineating the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia, according to RIA Novosti.

Lavrov stated, "All experts are well aware that the Russian Federation possesses all the necessary materials for discussing and agreeing upon the delimitation of the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan, primarily including the maps from the Soviet era. Our partners are aware of this fact. We do not seek to highlight this issue excessively. While they may attempt their luck in Brussels, we remain consistently prepared to provide genuine support for commencing the actual border delimitation process."
