YEREVAN. – Court found reasonable accusations by the preliminary investigation body, according to which Yerevan Police senior inspector abused power.

The court found reasonable the proofs provided by the prosecutor. According to the case, a fought started between Armenian citizen D. Kristosturyan and U.S. citizen E. Mnatsakanyan in front of Triumph café in Armenian capital. As a result of the fight, Kristosturyan was injured.

Yerevan police senior inspector of G. Melikyan changed the documents and represented the events in a wrong way. Thus, the inspector did not provide fare investigation.
