YEREVAN. – Armenian capital Yerevan’s Matenadaran (Armenian ancient manuscript museum), with assistance by the Ministry of Culture and Interstate Humanitarian Cooperation Fund, will convene, from October 24 to 28, an international seminar entitled “Forms of Recollection: Newest Technologies for Preservation and Restoration of Manuscript and Print Heritage.”

The event, which is devoted to 500th anniversary of Armenian typography, will bring together leading specialists from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Baltic countries, Georgia, and several European countries.       

Mastership classes, special policy roundtables, and cultural programs also will be held along the lines of the seminar.

Archive of the Holy See of St. Etchmiadzin and the National Archive of Armenia are in cooperation with this event.
