Dictators Aliyev and Erdoğan will once again praise Enver and Talaat Pasha, who committed the Armenian Genocide in 1915, former State Minister of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan wrote in his Telegram channel.
“Genocides are always celebrated in conditions of impunity for the perpetrators. Aliyev and his criminals will one day pay a high price for this genocide,” he said.
