Immediate measures should be taken to guarantee the rights of the people of [Artsakh] Nagorno-Karabakh, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Vahe Gevorgyan stated during the 44th Francophonie Ministerial Conference in Cameroon.
"In the situation of force displacement of more than 100,000 Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh, it is urgent to take measures effective international institutions to guarantee their rights," he said.
