Boeing-737 plane flying from Sochi made an emergency landing at Kurchatov International Airport in Chelyabinsk, the airport administration told Interfax.
Initial reports suggest a malfunction occurred with the plane's flaps. There were 189 people on board, among them nine children and seven members of the crew.
The plane belongs to Pobeda Airlines, the Kurchatov administration noted.
