Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree Wednesday to appoint Sahak Sargsyan as the Ambassador of Armenia to Ethiopia.
Sargsyan’s respective diplomatic residence will be Addis Ababa, the Ethiopian capital.
